Board of Trustees

|
|
|
|
|
The Board of Trustees of the Library consists of five members with at least one but not more than two, being non-resident members. The Board shall recommend persons for appointment and all members are to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council.
All appointments to the Board are for six years, except to fill vacancies. Each term shall commence on July first. Appointments shall be made every two years of one-third the total number or as near as possible, to stagger the terms.
Currently serving on the Board are: President Mavis Dickerson, Dorothy Readnour, Christy Leckband, Mary Kearns, and Julie Kimm. They meet on the 2nd Mondy of each month excluding July and December at 6:00 PM in the Garrison Public Library.
